When do I get paid?
The licensed escrow provider releases payment to you when the buyer confirms pickup or delivery. Every sale settles that way, Concierge or not. The escrow provider's own fee is paid by the seller, from the sale.
What does verification require from me?
A government ID once, then the records you already hold: registration numbers, vet records, test results. We confirm them at the source so you never have to argue your own paperwork.
My listing was imported. How do I get verified?
Claim it with the link we emailed you, or with the address the listing showed buyers. Everything we recorded fills your draft, and every listing from the same source comes with it. Publish with the same ID check every seller passes, and it goes live with the green check.
Can buyers haggle off-platform?
All payments run through licensed escrow, which is what makes the dispute record and your seller record real. Off-platform payment requests get accounts removed, buyer or seller.
